    @ME/CFS If you are continuing to track the response in your patients, are the responding patients continuing to respond or are you seeing signs of tachyphylaxis? Thank you for participating in this forum.

    Yes, agreed.... But according to @Jonathan Edwards it will be difficult to do any blinded studies due to the nausea effect, etc. of cyclo so there may only be more open trials....
