It's really hard to pick from those categories.... I started off mild and for around 5 years was improving slowly (increaseing working hours from 9-3 to 9-4). Then I plateaued, then I had a major relapse leaving me housebound, then I slowly improved for a few years and now i've plateaued again...
Hello, thanks for posting - I was just going to work out how! I've been very lucky. The original version of the post had more details about ME,but they asked me to re-write focussing on digital tools. Hope someone finds it useful.
