No they are not hair follicles. It's more like tiny veins that are busting. Drs can't figure it out
Would be best to not have to be in a home. But how do afford to stay in your home. My son has very very low income and could not afford this

My son has the redness and gets hot but not a lot of pain with it. More redness with warm weather as well.. So many strange symptoms
