Oh I see. Well we wrote a formal complaint to atos and gave them a deadline to get back in touch and see where we could go next. ATOS ignored us. So we filed the papers with the court, the court then sent the whole file to atos who once again ignored it within another specified time frame. So...
Thank you Esther. I have to give most of the credit to my friend Bret though for the win. ATOS have fibbed about the court papers going to the wrong address, (unsurprisingly). The court papers were sent to them by the court.
I should also add that one of my disabilities. Is chronic ME that leaves me mostly housebound. I also have fibromyalga. And some other marvellous unwanted disabilities.
