A popular YouTuber (149k subscribers), Lex Play, has made a video about an ME island created by Lisa, The Unlikely Gamer. It can be watched here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxswUU7_LEI It already has nearly 11,000 views in the first 10 days. It is a 19-minute watch which may be a bit long for some people I realise. I have watched it myself. I never got involved in (social) simulation games such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons so it was also interesting to get an introduction as to how some people spend their free time. Alternatively people can read this blog post which has lots of screenshots: https://meandmyisland.co.uk/acnh-me-awareness-island/ Among other things, there is a millions missing protest. Lisa said this about it: "The Millions Missing protests were first created in early 2016 by the ME Action Network. Protestors placed empty pairs of shoes outside prominent government buildings, representing the millions of patients around the world who are missing from their lives due to ME/CFS. I decided to re-create this on Malana in front of the Museum. I asked people who have ME/CFS and play Animal Crossing to visit Malana and donate a pair of shoes to be placed outside the Museum. Those people with ME/CFS who don't play were also able to contact me through social media to have a pair of shoes added to the collection on their behalf. You can view the exhibition in full here https://meandmyisland.co.uk/acnh-millions-missing-gallery/ " (Copied from a post on my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TomKindlonMECFS/)
