I see that @PhysiosforME is here which is excellent. Are there any USA based Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy groups as well or does the Physiotherapy group also include US Physical Therapists?

Thanks. Actually I'm prospecting for a new experimental treatment. I need to connect with physical therapists interested in testing the therapy component on ME patients.
