Somebody went to the trouble of sending me the following so I thought I should probably post it somewhere. I thought this place might be more sceptical than other places on average, so hopefully people will be cautious about any recommendations. The reviews on Amazon are mostly positive, but there are some negative ones, also: I know who this person is and I very much doubt they have any connection with the author.
