Somebody went to the trouble of sending me the following so I thought I should probably post it somewhere.
I thought this place might be more sceptical than other places on average, so hopefully people will be cautious about any recommendations.

I don’t know if it’s of any help to you or your members but if anyones problems are mostly around sleep it might be of help.

I was sleeping from 12.30 midnight to 1.00 pm noon. 12 and a half hours every day. After reading the book and following all the instructions in it I’m now sleeping from 9.00 pm to 9.30 am. I still sleep the same length of time but my hours are so much better. I now have a full day which I didn’t have for 22 years.

It’s very good to change your circadian rhythms. I know people with ME have far more problems than just around sleep but I’m writing in case it might be of help to someone. I had gone to sleep therapists to no avail and regularly tried to change my sleeping patterns but this book was so good.
