The British Autonomic Society (BAS) advances research, education, and clinical excellence in autonomic medicine. We foster a multidisciplinary network of professionals in the UK and internationally, and work to improve the care and quality of life of people living with autonomic disorders.
Our vision is a future in which autonomic disorders are recognised early, investigated rigorously, and managed effectively, with equitable access to high-quality care for all patients.
The BAS aims to lead nationally and internationally in autonomic medicine by shaping standards, driving innovation, and supporting education and training for physiologists, scientists, clinicians, and researchers, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
