I thikn I'd recently seen some other people raising concerns about this organisation. I didn't look into the details, so maybe I'm just spreading empty gossip, but as others said their may be question marks over this story anyway, I thought I'd mention it.
Fightback4justice have had problems with people trolling on Facebook and also pretending to be them. So of course you will see "some other people" raising concerns. Without Fightback4justice's help I would not have moved from basic Activities of Daily Living and the Moving Around activities to higher level for both.
I met with the person who became my advocate at Tribunal at their office in Tottington as I am fortunate enough to live close enough to visit (and have a husband willing to drive me there). Had about an hour's interview about my case. I also met Michelle.
I would be grateful if you don't pass rumours like this around any more
@Esther12. While I paid for the help I received I am able to do so via help from my husband
@Daysailer. Fightback help many people free of charge. To have an advocate present at Tribunal or other hearing is a different matter, travel time and petrol/rail costs obviously come into the picture. These were not exorbitant, indeed much lower than I would expect.
My advocate was wonderful, supportive, and calming in a very stressful situation. Thanks to her I have a Motability car again. On several other threads on this forum and PR I have recommended Fightback4Justice, and I continue to do so. Their costs seem to me to be very reasonable for what they provide.
If you want to access their VIP platform (for more personalised help and letters and help covering many different conditions) that may seem expensive, but you are free to unsubscribe as soon as you wish after your first payment. I continue with my subscription as I believe that Fightback4Justice are doing a great job and my sub helps them keep going.
