One of these is Curable https://www.facebook.com/curablehealth/ "Pain causes fatigue, etc., etc." There were two other apps being pushed in my Facebook timeline, but I can't remember what they were. Just a placeholder thread for such apps, as they seem to be being pushed harder commercially. Venture capital houses must have been/be doing the rounds looking for startups like this, and vice versa.
I missed this thread https://www.s4me.info/threads/will-...bps-based-phone-apps.10693/page-2#post-215051
Had a quick look. The facebook page starts with a story of a miracle cure for someone with ME/CFS and pain using the Curable program, which looks like another mind training positive thinking system at a glance.
The proliferation of marketing for these apps proliferates and deepens the social programming that we have a major problem with https://www.s4me.info/threads/winni...-owning-the-language.13787/page-3#post-240154
Much easier to monetise now in the UK, given Google UK's vacation from a modern data protection jurisdiction to one of the weakest data protection jurisdictions in the liberal democratic data housing world post 31st Jan. Facebook will likely follow suite. This then ties into NHS contracts too, now already and then even more in time. None of that newly allowed loss of control is speculative, but it is speculative and very reasonable to assume the possibility of this then also being available to the private sector. Yipee, brave new times.
If you see one then report it to Facebook. I've done similar in the past for a financial scam. Can't remember the options but it's easy with drop down menus. For the one I reported previously Facebook got back to me and confirmed that it'd been blocked. Surely these ads can't stand up to query?
Good point. Albeit, I know that I could help them find a way to spin it sufficiently acceptably for FB marketing if they paid me. But definitely worth interference.
