    Not sure what to make of this. From the data it seems that almost all had CFS as well as migraine. Yet the study was based on a migraine diagnosis, so why so many with CFS as well? I wonder what diagnostic criteria they used if any, or whether they just meant they were mostly experiencing fatigue.

    This might reflect some sort of diagnostic bias in Turkey? Perhaps doctors are reluctant to give CFS diagnoses.
