Interpretation of DNA raw data

Did you see that one of the OMF's researchers has asked for whole genome data? https://www.healthrising.org/blog/2018/04/03/a-metabolic-trap-for-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-me-cfs/

He says that any data format is fine. Presumably his work would involve converting the whole genome data into VCF format (he says it's most useful) and then analyzing it further. It should be no problem for him to send you a copy of the VCF file(s) that you can then use on Promethease. Just an idea.

In the end, I received files that worked. It took a felt eternity, but now it's done. Oh my
