Is tinnitus an ME symptom? - Discussion of evidence

    For me tinnitus has been one of main signs to help with pacing. When I notice tinnitus getting worse it's time to stop everything and rest! Usually I can confirm it with increased pulse (resting pulse from 60 to 90-100) and mental irritation level among other things. Oh and I too can remember when mine started, and it was for sure while over-exerting my body. Started with sudden pain on left ear. Even if it was not seen as a symptom for ME/CFS it still reflects on its' severity level I think.
