Lena Uses The DNRS Program To Fully Recover From Post-Covid

Lena used the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) to fully recover from Post-Covid Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Headaches, and Chronic Fatigue

Lena's Journey With The DNRS Program

Lena was a dedicated and passionate runner before she contracted Covid in 2022 which left her with a fluctuating fever for weeks. Lena was finally able to start running again almost two months after she got sick but it left her devastated.

“24 hours afterwards, it was as if someone had pushed the switch off button on my body. I had no energy levels left. I fell apart on the floor. I had to crawl to my bed and get into it and sleep.” Lena had developed severe post-exertional malaise, a hallmark symptom that is also common in Myalgic encephalomyelitis, also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Lena tried to run again the next weekend and the same thing happened. She was heartbroken that she was no longer able to do the thing she loved. Her condition soon worsened and Lena also developed Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and was left struggling with extreme fatigue, rapid heart rate and intense headaches.

“I was so desperate so I joined a Facebook group for people in Sweden with Post-Covid. Someone posted and said “Goodbye!” because she was healthy again. She had tried this new method ‘DNRS’, and she had no use for the group anymore. This, of course, startled me and gave me hope.”

Lena expressed that she had some reservations at first. “Normally I would never even believe in trying a thing like [DNRS] but I was so desperate.”

After committing to the DNRS Program, Lena has fully recovered from Post Covid and the ongoing health issues that ensued as a result. She can run again and is filled with immense gratitude and joy because of the DNRS program.

“Today I am completely healed. I am no longer sick with Post-Covid. So, if you have Limbic [System] Impairment, I strongly recommend you try DNRS.”

Really, the medical profession has no idea what kind of damage they are doing by pushing their own brand of pseudoscience. Is it alternative medicine? Is it real medicine? It's both! And neither. Or whatever.
When the brain gets stuck in a sensitized alarm state, it can cause a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms. Traditional treatments often focus on the body but may overlook how the brain is involved in illness patterns. The good news? You can retrain your brain.

That sounds like it could potentially more like over-training syndrome? No idea whether PEM is actually a feature of that, but I've noticed a sporty person theme where a lot of "recovered" stories are in similar circumstances and I suspect were ill for different reasons and naturally likely to recover anyway.

I have not heard good things of this particular programme (I was desperate enough at one point to try a couple on a not much to lose basis) it's meant to be very boot campy.
