DWP BENEFITS DURING LOCKDOWN. Dr Shepherd has issued the following statement:
"I will be at one of my regular meetings with Maximus, one of the companies that carries out medical assessments for the DWP, on Thursday 6th August, DWP representatives will also be there.
If anyone has any general issues that they would like me to raise - especially relating to DWP problems during Lockdown -please let us know via MEA Facebook comments below, or via
admin@meassociation.org.uk.
I already have problems caused by cognitive impairment in relation to long telephone assessments on the list.
Please note that individual problems cannot be raised at this meeting.
