This was in 1970 on a school trip. I was already ill but my disease has been progressive. I couldn't explain the neurological episodes I kept getting so I hid them but doing hill walking that week I had moments of where I could not move halfway up a mountain and I was forced to stop and "admire the view" then "take photos" till I was rested so no one would find out. A few years later I took a bad flu and there were no more days when I felt well. It makes me wonder if I could have still recovered at that stage if I had known about ME and paced myself. Nowadays people should get the best advice right at the beginning at the beginning and not be left with nothing until they get to see someone and told to exercise. GPs need educated.
Lovely photos everyone, and so sad you've all been so ill for so long. Mine would be me at my 40th birthday party 30 years ago, but I have no idea where the photo is.
