Oh I see. Well we wrote a formal complaint to atos and gave them a deadline to get back in touch and see where we could go next. ATOS ignored us. So we filed the papers with the court, the court then sent the whole file to atos who once again ignored it within another specified time frame. So as they failed to submit a defence the court found in my favour. Actually I believe they now have a CCJ registered against them.In Germany, a judge's verdict is published, most often online, too. I don't know how it is in the UK. I would be interested in the specifics and on what grounds the court decided in your favor. Maybe I can learn something from that.
