Hi!
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis via DXA Scan in 2019 at age 32.
I've been having ME since age 22 and developed endometriosis, been on Dienogest that lowers estrogen significantly for 9 years.
So I assume estrogen reduction and inactivity are the cause, no others were found.
My bone density is getting worse and I'm worried. Doctors don't want me on bone meds at my age and recommend weight training. Which obviously I can't.
Vitamin D gives me terrible Endo pain flare ups, I don't know why. So I can barely take that either.
Has anyone here ever taken bone meds premenopausal?
