Spotted a book club on Goodreads. First book looks at pseudoscience.

    Info from page:

"Hi and welcome to The Pedantic Zebra. The quarterly book club (audio or text) where we learn alongside each other about illness, disability, systemic injustice, the treatment of women in medicine & medical history.

    - A weekly jist/a few points will be shared on our social media for accessibility
    (Twitter/BlueSky@longcovidadvoc - Insta @longcovidadvoc8) #pedanticzebra

    - We have a listen/read along session at 8 pm on Friday to build community

    - One book every three months

    - Knowledge is power, so let's collaborate to know our history and know our context.

Our book for Dec-Feb is 'Mind the Science' by Jonathan Stea.

#pedanticzebra for updates on social media

Why Zebras? Because of this common medical aphorism, which has led to the dismissal of many zebras:

“When you hear hoofbeats behind you, don’t expect to see a zebra.”

This book club is hosted by Long Covid Advocacy:"
