Searching for/downloading papers en masse?

Does anyone have any tips on scraping databases for interesting studies related to long Covid/ME/CFS?

And is there a good way to take that search and then mass download pdfs from, eg, PubMed? My university access is probably going to expire in the next few months, but I’d like to download some paywalled stuff to read later when I have the health and time to do so.

I don't have advice about the scraping idea, but you can use SciHub (wiki page) after your institutional access expires.

Me neither, but a lot of them are likely to have been posted here. There are so few genuinely interesting papers that I wonder if you really need a special tool.
