Very nice, i would post this as a response the next time Sharpe tries that argument.
And if your reading our posts here Mr Sharpe good day to you sir.

 

I could envision all his defenses countered with new articles that can be cited as he reuses them.

 

"I would welcome an opportunity to engage Prof. Sharpe further on this issue, or on professionalism generally, especially if he would be willing to share the text of his “Special Ethics Seminar.”"

One has to commend Sharpe's unsuspected self awareness. In speaking of "special ethics" he presumably has in mind the sense "belonging specifically to a particular person or place".
