@chicaguapa, how do you know that exertion beyond AT would lead to ongoing deterioration? (Not meant as a criticism, a genuine question.) Has there been any serial CPET study that you know of?

Has anyone managed to do this recently? I finally feel able and contacted Solent Uni but they said no and referred me to spire.
