Copied post South Tees NHS The CFS service Group Rehabilitation Programme for people with CFS / ME https://www.southtees.nhs.uk/content/uploads/Session-1-2017.pdf as long as this sort of stuff is peddled, asking for more ME/CFS services is maybe asking for more of the same(?)
Copied post this has been removed from the website but who knows if its still used for their group therapy? the website as a whole has been 'updated' apparently. but Chalder is still recommended reading https://www.southtees.nhs.uk/servic...hronic-fatigue-syndrome-me/patient-resources/ but there is at least a link to the new guidelines under Information for GPs. So why not under patient info?
Copied post South Tees Hospitals NHS still links to this: https://www.nbt.nhs.uk/sites/default/files/British Association for CFS ME - Therapy and Symptom Management in CFS ME.pdf https://www.southtees.nhs.uk/resources/bacme-guidelines-for-therapy-and-symptom-management/ (I haven't checked to see which others also still have this link.)
