Not quite sure what this is but all references to Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic fatigue syndrome are to be removed (can't cut and paste relevant bits that show redactions p41/42):

below is one of them.
The third Resolve of Resolution 009 be deleted: 37
38
RESOLVED, That our AMA will collaborate with other 39 medical and educational entities to promote education 40 of post-viral syndromes, including but not limited to 41 Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 42 (ME/CFS), to minimize the harm and disability current 43 and future patients face.

VRC testimony was universally supportive of the spirit of Resolution 009. There were 15 concerns about specifically listing Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue 16 Syndrome (ME/CFS), as this might narrow advocacy related to other post-viral 17 syndromes, including those which affect COVID-19 “long haulers.” Your Reference 18 Committee’s proposed amendments aim to streamline the resolution and remove the 19 specific references to ME/CFS. Your Reference Committee noted possible ambiguity in 20 the term “long hauler” and that other terms exist for this new syndrome (long COVID, post-21 COVID syndrome, chronic COVID syndrome, among others) and concerns that the term 22 commonly used may have changed by June 2021. However, we believe it is appropriate 23 to use the term “long hauler” as this is currently included in the vernacular around the 24 disease. We found the third Resolve to be redundant and added a reference to medical 25 students to the second Resolve in order to combine the asks of the second and third 26 Resolves and further consolidate the language of this resolution

Typical. Do nothing. Declare "job done". I guess the meaning of "universally supportive of" now means "didn't do jack squat and never intended to".

That "concern" is especially horse shit. What advocacy related to other post-viral syndromes? The ones you also do nothing about? What does "might narrow" even mean? Are we making decisions based entirely on speculation now? The resolution literally mentions "other post-viral syndromes" so how does that even? What? Is the meaning of words?

Total dysfunction. Like headless chickens.
