    Interesting to see the allegation (in the full article) that there was also that old favourite, the threat of a wasted costs application and referral to the legal regulator, against his lawyers.

    The same tactic of legal costs was used by NiCE against those taking the judicial review of the current guidance I believe I read on another thread.
