Using PCs versus laptops when you're mostly in or on your bed

I really wanted something like that crazy chair, what I put together instead is reclining chair with a laptop table each side for using a mouse, keyboard on my lap and a 40 inch monitor which allows text big enough to read even when fully reclined, not quite as fancy but it's working out pretty...

    More PACE trial data released

Could we look at something like missing data to check if they line up, for example if all of the 52 week scores are missing from the first set there should be a reasonably high likelihood that the 52 week scores would also be missing from the second set. Giving it a quick glance over that...

A nanoelectronics-blood-based diagnostic biomarker for ME/CFS (2019) Esfandyarpour, Davis et al

The graphs look pretty persuasive to me, I just really hope we get a breakthrough that works out and not another repeat of XMRV. Do we know anything about how well controlled it was such as were the measurements made blind and all samples collected and handled in the same way ? *I see they...

A nanoelectronics-blood-based diagnostic biomarker for ME/CFS (2019) Esfandyarpour, Davis et al

Frontiers in Medicine is interested in doing a special edition on "ME/CFS -The Severely Affected" if there is sufficient interest

Seems the group has previously published a fair amount of ME related papers. The controversies section of the Wikipedia page is an interesting read.

David Tuller crowdfund: Trial By Error: Reporting on ME/CFS and Related Controversies

I think outside of the UK it might be more a just case of people just not being that invested in the cause or less aware of it as it affects them less directly. I mean there has to be plenty more than 70 people in the US who could very comfortably donate.
