Help - I bought some cyanocobalamin

It is a liquid. I went ahead and used some transdermally this morning. If think this precludes returning it. I do now have some methylB12. I think I will try swallowing the cyanoB12 as a second. I do better on two doses/day of the transdermal, but it is so much hassle that I rarely do a second...

Help - I bought some cyanocobalamin

I was shopping at a store other than my usual one and I accidentally bought some cyanocobalamin. It is red. It is in a brown bottle. I was at a Whole Foods and I didn't think they would carry cyanocobalamin. (OK, I wasn't thinking much at all.) I have opened it, so I can't take it back. Is...

Unrest - reviews and general articles

That six-step fatigue fix looks like they are talking about chronic fatigue/overwork, not chronic fatigue syndrome. They are talking about a teen-ager whose days included six hours of violin practice. She probably just wore herself out.

Poll: When during the day do you have the most energy? That is when you are not in relapse, and not sick with the flu

My sleep cycle is pretty much inverted, so my body thinks evening is morning. I have the most energy in the evening. I head to the grocery store about 1/2 hour before it closes.

American ME and CFS Society - new national ME/CFS organisation, now live

Given that the website has been in development for 4 years, I am not surprised that they have a defunct link or list connections with people whose behavior has since become questionable. Perhaps that relationship is defunct as well. I know nothing about the organization, so can offer no...

    Melatonin

Melatonin switched me from a delayed sleep cycle to a completely switched around sleep cycle. Resetting the sleep cycle to be at night could indirectly improve sleep quality. Unfortunately, it did the opposite for me.

    Osteoporosis (bone loss)

I think they also make the bones scans look better. It is just that the bone is brittle and prone to breaking. A few prunes a day shouldn't hurt and might help. They contain phytonutrients similar to the much-touted ones in blueberries. A good bone building vitamin/mineral supplement would...

Higher Brain Glucose Levels May Mean More Severe Alzheimer’s

So is there any way to improve glycolysis and reduce glucose in the brain? I have been concerned for some time that this is going to end in dementia.

    B12/Folic Acid and D3/K2 Supplementation

My doctor's prescription is indeed conservative. I am currently using 3.75 mg transdermally each day. Animal experiments with the Australian product, which I do not use, found about 80% absorption. What I am using probably does not do quite as well. I would guess I am getting 2.5 - 3 mg/day. To...
