Article - Joe Burns (cricketer) diagnosed with 'fatigue disorder' June 2019

another similar story in Australia (didn't think it warranted a new thread) :emoji_face_palm: It goes on to talk about Ron Davis and the nanoneedle research. then ends with so rather mixed messages https://www.houseofwellness.com.au/health/conditions/chronic-fatigue-syndrome-alec-waterman

Thread for all minutes of the UK CFS/ME Research Collaborative [CMRC] Executive Board Meetings

I think Crawley was the most obvious high profile elephant in the room; but the CMRC has so many skeletons in the cupboard. If I remember correctly, Steven Holgate consulted Simon Wessely(?) Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Induced by Repeated Forced Swimming in Mice, 2019, Hara et al

This trying to produce a mouse model for ME/CFS is just ludicrous. You need to know what the disease is first. So you have in another study them forcing the mice to stay in cages semi-submerged in water and in this one forcing them to swim. Name me one ME patient who developed ME either way...
