It doesn't take much outrage to turn me into a spluttering mess. I can't gather together what few thoughts I have so I'm very grateful to the incredibly knowledgeable and patient people here who calmly continue to post in the most frustrating circumstances.
I wish I had enough grip on what time of day to the nearest hour it is to be affected.
I presume those people bothered by the time change aren't affected as the days shorten and lengthen by an hour over the few months that it happens normally.
A newspaper article about the work of this team appeared in The Age yesterday.

I think your concerns are incredibly serious. It really worries me how simple it can be to do actual damage to people's lives and children's futures despite the best of intentions.
Before drawing a diagram such as the one about biting back, I, for one, would have to go through a thorough verbal process to decide what the symptoms are and the effect they have. I would need to think in great detail to be able to come up with the symbolic concept of repeatedly threatening...
I've always had a bit of a problem with 'poorly understood' which is trotted out in countless preambles and abstracts. It implies that some actual understanding of the condition exists, which doesn't seem to be the case. Why not just say that it isn't understood?

My own experience over the years, from having tried it (via iHerb) at different doses for periods of weeks and months at a time, is that it hasn't helped my insomnia at all. I won't be taking it again because of the potential risks.
I know nothing about biochemistry but it seems to me that...
