    NICE ME/CFS guideline - draft published for consultation - 10th November 2020

Didn't NICE, or might have been DOH, acknowledge that ME is classified as a neurological illness? So why is 'Chronic fatigue syndrome' (note this will also have to change to ME/CFS) listed as a 'stand -alone' and not under Neurological conditions on the NICE website...

BACME: Position Paper on the management of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Oct 2020

If anyone has the time/energy, I think it might worthwhile to go over the guidelines and make sure that this 3Ps model cannot be applied to them otherwise we could be looking at more of the same treatment, just worded slightly differently.

    NICE ME/CFS guideline - draft published for consultation - 10th November 2020

    NICE ME/CFS guideline - draft published for consultation - 10th November 2020

General comment on guideline as a whole; good that there is coverage of severe/very severe and children in particular, but as per usual 'moderate' are barely mentioned, and the general impression is that if a patient is not severe/very severe then they are 'mildly' affected.
