Higher prevalence of ‘low T3 syndrome’ in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome: A case-control study (2018) Ruiz-Núñez et al.

There is a big difference, Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin which is required to form new bone. There are multiple processes that affect osteocalcin and many slow down as we get older or through inactivity or from hormonal or other factors. Feel free to google it and learn more

Clinical trials & what we need from them

We have lots of evidence that its immune in some form but no confirmation. Its even possible its related to a part of the immune system we do not yet know, if true ME/CFS would not be the first disease that needed a new discovery to become "legitimate"

    I've gone nocturnal again :(

A bit faster then mine. Light therapy has no effect on me, i've been prescribed the full spectrum light, the blue light blocking glasses, the melatonin, but nothing touches mine at all. I lie, acetyl carnitine touched it but only for a week or so, then it went back to normal :( If you do have...

Jen Brea tweets about U.K. Unrest campaign

I agree, in the end one has to tailor any message to their audience to have maximum effect. I suspect Unrest is far more effective then last years OMF symposium would have been to show in theaters. But for doctors wanting to get into ME/CFS research i might suggest the symposium plus Unrest and...

    CBT- Jen Brea Twitter

What we really need is a disease mechanism, it would help us interpret test results better and suggest what kind of trials should be conducted. One could "prove" an association between belief in aliens and incidence of ME/CFS, but no one in their right mind (and not peddling alternative facts)...

House built on old golf course - yes or no ?

I have to agree with @MsUnderstood on this one :( It sounds like what you need is an apartment that is accessible and with underground or covered parking But that will eat the money you would get from selling your house, not an ideal scenario.

    I've gone nocturnal again :(

I've asked about it on here and the other place, it seems to be more common but not extremely common. I understand what you mean by sleeping when needed. I can't do naps during the day (usually can't fall asleep) but i have been letting my body clock do its thing and i'm currently close to 12...

Jen Brea tweets about U.K. Unrest campaign

I agree in principle but i also think we should not discount the persuasive ability of seeing things for oneself and personal stories, especially when dealing with a system based on lies against us. A good lie is easier to believe then the truth, so one can argue the truth needs to make an...

These things don't need a large database, but for drugs it is what i was getting at.

Canadian Neuroscientists Say Daily Ibuprofen Can Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease

I glanced at your link So this is a good start but only a start. If your going to take Ibuprofen to prevent Alzheimers then your doing an experiment on yourself, one with unknown long term risks that has not been studied or proven.

Canadian Neuroscientists Say Daily Ibuprofen Can Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease

Indeed, i would like to see this pursued because its easier to prevent damage then fix it afterwards and this could save a lot of lives if definitively proven
