    So given advice on diet was part of the protocol was diet even monitored? Changes in nutritional profiles may influence gut microbiome - potentially significantly. Did anyone have antibiotics for an unrelated illness with knock on effects?

    B12 deficiency can present as anxiety too. B12 has many roles including hormone synthesis so during puberty thus could be even more misconstrued. It may be that cofactors are the issue. Teenage diets are not wonderful things
