Glenn Doherty with "Sick" - A short story about ME

Just bought in on Amazon, I’ll give it a try this weekend:) My cognitive abilities have not been impressive lately and PEMing hard today, plus traveling to our summer house for the long weekend, so no guarantees. Using all my tricks to get out of this alive, so hopefully I’ll get a few pages in...

Norwegian health authorities classify Lightning Process as alternative treatment

@Barry exactly! And the laws are very strict regarding documentation of any claims you make and responsibility for patients welfare.

David Tuller's new crowdfunding campaign (April 1, 2018)

Out of curiosity, how much would you need to do this full time, benefits and fees included? Looks like your revised goal of $85k is within reach, the $5k to be matched are almost covered:)

David Tuller's new crowdfunding campaign (April 1, 2018)

I count from my second donation, which I made right after the announcement. It was at $74,461 or something like that. It’s not necessarily even close to accurate, but it’s something to keep me entertained between naps :asleep:

    Fluoroquinolones (including ciprofloxacin)

Not sure what kind of antibiotics were prescribed for me when I first got ill in 2006, but it was for two mycoplasma lung infections (following a strep infection, what a fun summer that was) which apparently is one of the most common uses of floxie.

What the New Medical Podcast DDx Gets Right About Diagnosis

I gave the podcast a try, pretty interesting stuff and each episode lasts only 10 minutes:) It reminds me of the 99% podcasts, only for medicine.

On a happier note, we’re already about $2k into the potentially $5k to be doubled, in less than 24 hrs.

Norwegian professor on ME and gender dystrophy

@Andy obviously you discovered that FM was already going out of style and had to become creative to stay ahead of the crowd.

David Tuller's new crowdfunding campaign (April 1, 2018)

@Sunshine3 I was wondering the same thing. Maybe the donation was made directly to Berkely (it's a large sum!), and so they registered it manually? Or it's the anonymous one from four hours ago, but they waited to double check because of the size and that's why it didn't show up until an hour...

Norwegian professor on ME and gender dystrophy

@Kalliope that's right, they probably think they are revolutionizing medicine by their very existence!

Norwegian professor on ME and gender dystrophy

This guy has never worked with PwME or any of the conditions he dismissed so easily. Who are all these people who think they can make themselves important by promoting their unfounded, made up beliefs? He doesn't even bother trying to find any sources, he's just listing his own personal pet...
