    It is a self reinforcing cycle. If you can change a response to a questionnaire after a few weeks , then you can treat anything. It would be interesting to know how many responded to please the therapist, or to never have to do it again. Was there any control for bias?

    I think you also have to keep the review of mental health act in the frame too with its review of legal requirements. The overall picture has been dussected into pieces in the hope that noone puts them together. Thinking of Bob' s experience - it is a perfect storm.

    I follow on twitter too, but have also watched his involvement in low carb over oast 2-3 years He is one of the few who can cut through statistical bullshit and expose it for what it is - seems to be a rarer quality in current day medicine..
