The 3 "CFS" trials are SMILE, FITNET-NHS and MAGENTA. None of which are controlled. All of which are highly controversial and lacking any credible basis, none of which have even a hint of reliable science. Most trials do not have to work around being complete BS. This is a complete waste of everything. It's a 300+ pages (600 double-spaced) report seemingly involving dozens of people, and it's a complete waste because the basis is to explore RCTs and none of the trials assessed are even basically controlled or even qualify as legitimate clinical trials.

There was also was explicitly no equipoise in those trials, in fact they were explicitly lauding and praising the treatments to the participants. That it is even discussed in this context, pretending there was equipoise when those trials could not possibly be more biased and pre-determined, is a failure all in itself. There is also no possible assessment of informed consent in trials that explicitly aim to manipulate and misinform sick children.

The crowd is booing because you are terrible at your job and are producing useless garbage. This is the simple answer and it is obvious. That is why people distrust and refuse to participate, because the scam is that obvious and there are only so many desperate people that can be fooled for a while until word gets out that you are quacks. This was evident from the start, hence the very well-documented need to manipulate and misrepresent everything, something that is simply not sustainable.

All of this, literally every bit of it, will end up in the trash can of historical failures. And it's still producing voluminous nonsense to this day, well past the expiration date of this abusive coercive ideology. Complete waste of everything.
