I also like that the mother referred to her son's depression as "reactive", as though she regards it not as an actual symptom of CFS, but rather an unfortunate consequence of the initial illness (small steps . . .).

Yes it is. I've bought some, but haven't tried it yet. I got it from a physical branch of Grape Tree, and they also sell it on their website. It is eye-wateringly expensive in my opinion!
