"BMC Medical Genomics invites submissions for a Collection on the Genomic characterization of myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). ME/CFS is a complex and debilitating condition characterized by profound fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, and a range of other symptoms. Despite its significant impact on patients' quality of life, the underlying biological mechanisms remain poorly understood. Recent advances in genomic technologies, including high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics, offer the potential to shed light on the genetic and epigenetic factors that contribute to ME/CFS. This Collection aims to compile research that enhances our understanding of the genomic landscape associated with this condition, providing insights into potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets."
