    How awful.

Embarrassed to admit that I never realized she had ME/CFS for some reason. Makes all the work she has done for Solve even more impressive.

I truly wish her all the best, and am incredibly thankful for all the work she has done. Solve has been one of my fav ME/CFS charities the past few years and I hope they will be able to find a great replacement :)!

Best wishes to her. She seemed to have done a good job.

I remember probably last year or the year before she mentioned she still had to be careful and only did something like 3000 steps a day. That sounded to me a long way from full recovery.

From my point of view Carol has been a catalyst in moving Solve ME/cfs and our disease forward.
i am so sorry that her health is not as good. Sending her best wishes and thank you for all that she did.

Yeah, even I do 4500 on the regular, though there are other days where I move around less.

It goes to show how invisible this condition can be if we can’t spot one of our own ....also I find the step comparison revealing she has a similar envelope to me ..yet I’m still trying to work full time ...perhaps I’m kidding myself. I guess I’m lucky to have a less demanding job I suppose.

I have full admiration for her work and think this shift has been handled very openly and sensitively.
