Clinical Trials Arena: Long Covid-19: drug trial results to watch in 2022

Cannabis, the SSRI and maybe a few others look likely to show some benefit although we all know the limits of this stuff. LDN/Niacin, Boswellia/Curcumin/VC are also well known.

I've heard about larazotide acetate for a while for various GI ailments, althought it seems that's not what it's being tested for. I have no idea if it's effective or not. Axcella health is amino acids?

RSLV-132 is a novel RNase-Fc fusion protein designed to remove RNA, a pro-inflammatory nucleic acid which accumulates in the blood of patients with autoimmune diseases such as lupus and Sjögren’s syndrome. Resolve is evaluating RSLV-132 in a Phase 2a study in lupus and expects to initiate pivotal registration studies in Sjögren’s syndrome in 2020.
