'Fair use' has a very specific meaning under copyright law and I'm not sure that the proposed use would be covered. I'm no lawyer, though.

 

There are certain exceptions to the copyright rule, and we are using it for a charitable cause, so I think we can take that risk.

 

Disney doesn't sue you if you wear a mickey mouse tshirt to the protest.
This is that kind of fair use. It's a birthday card.
