Wow, this is great, thank you everyone for your large and small contributions! It all adds up. Maybe we can get him funded not just part-time but full-time too. I'm laying here brain storming how I can come up with money to donate. Thank you so much everyone and a huge thank you to you David Tuller!

That sounds much more practicable than my idea of cloning him.

That's funny. I can't stop laughing. Ohhhh but can you imagine that having many clones of David Tuller!

Edit: I wasn't being sarcastic Webdog. It made me laugh and for some reason I couldn't stop laughing.

I had a related but different thought, what if Ester was cloned and we ended up with many Ester bots spreading alternative facts

I had the same horrible thought. But then concluded that multiple null effects still amount to null.

But people still willingly accept alternative facts :emoji_cry:

Your thoughts on this @Estherbot ?

The time limit on this seems unreasonably tight! I'm e-mailing family members today.

It is difficult isn't it? It's a shame it can't run longer as I'm sure there are some, myself included, who would donate a second time as funds allow.

In fairness, David T did give us a heads up some weeks back.

But agree that a longer formal donation period would be good for the more funds challenged.

It's also a shame that, so far, more donors can't be found. I totally appreciate that it's early days but so far only 188 people have donated. I wonder if people are that aware that they can donate just $10 (approx £7.11 or €8.11) - if we could find 7,500 people to do that, it could be completely funded already.
