Searched for this but wasn't able to find it - so apologies if it's already been posted.

This is a five minute video from a couple of months ago that explains the life of a freelance writer / comedian who has ME.

I thought it was worth posting as it manages to also link in general societal standards about stress, working and resting, which actually makes it far more accessible than a plain "this is what ME is like".

Writer and Comedian Rosie Fletcher has had ME for four years and it's meant a radical rethink of her attitudes to both work and rest.

But it's also made Rosie look hard at how those around her do the same, from the friends who go to work even when they're ill to the Instagram stars who post pictures of themselves relaxing, rather than just relaxing.
