Executive Summary for MPs

This is a summary of the status regarding the work of UK charity Invest in ME Research in developing a UK/European Centre of Excellence for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) based in Norwich Research Park and in facilitating and initiating international collaboration in a common research strategy for ME.

I like their ambition, but it does seem a bit premature to describe this as a Centre of Excellence for ME, when all they have at the moment is a few PhD students studying the microbiome, which may or may not turn out to be relevant to ME, and a planned clinical trial of FMT, and ambitions to improve clinical services. All good stuff, but very small as yet.
