This paper received a bit of attention when it was published. Now retracted.

These are not very informed researchers, viz a viz review boards (IRBs) and patient identity protections.

So papers can now be 'retracted'? Possibly someone should tell others about this facility? As it doesn't seem to be well known.

As for the paper - surely they could just have asked anyone with anything from metabolic syndrome through to diabetes, and those without, as to their FM status.
