I didn't get fevers even with normal levels of NK cells, so it must be something else at least for me.

Hmmm this has got me wondering if I get hot and sweat as a pre-PEM symptom. I just assumed it was my age as a female despite taking hrt and not having hot flashes.

For those with ME/CFS or LC: When you get acute infections, do you get fevers?

No, I never, or rarely, get fevers when I am sick.

Some, I get fevers more than 10% but less than 50% of the times I am sick.

Most, I get fevers more than 50% but less than 90% of the times I am sick.

Yes, I get a fever every time, or almost every time I am sick.
