I'm not sure which has been the source of more health disinformation between this and social media, and mostly likely it's equal, and over time they will fully blend together anyway. Evidence-based medicine as currently practice is an absolute disaster, not a viable process to discover anything on its own.
Inflammation has also become a buzzword among a lot of anti-vaxxers.
It's also deeply ironic that despite this being mostly nonsense, it's far closer to reality than any of the psychobabble that comes out of psychosomatic ideology, and frankly it's not even close.
