MS Trust reel on their disability scale/measure being discussed

I saw this and thought it was interesting that these topics on measures are discussed in other illnesses. And are relevant in this case for how access to disease modifying treatment is decided.

1-10 points, like our scale will when the MEA have finished adding to it. Are you moderate-moderate or Moderate-severe? Or mildly moderate severe?

And scales of that ssort are completely irrelevant to the rationale for disease midification.

It seems that pseudomeasuring is just as rife for people with other illnesses.
