Some nailfold images taken on an iphone camera + lens attachment on X posted by a person with severe ME/CFS. The images are quite good quality.

All 10 fingers done, 6 photos succeeded of which not one really normal & quite remarkable differences.Not that we can do anything with it right away but I prefer knowing what is wrong with me.

This seems to be the lens he used.

I think they are good enough to interpret. All six look reasonably normal to me. Not every finger will always look pristine.

The video that was shown said they were white blood cells in the capillary. They should in fact be red blood cells. The capillaries in the video look pretty good to me, and the technician also said pretty much the same. So the comment about abnormal results doesn't seem appropriate for the video shown.
