“It is MOST reassuring and hopeful to have Northern Ireland Minister for Health, Robin Swann on board supporting the work of the charity- acknowledging Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is a disabling, chronic, multi-system illness, and recognising it is a global health crisis.
We sincerely #hope this public statement from the Department of Health, in the lead up to May 12th, will offer hope for a better future to the estimated 7500 patients and their family members
There is much, much work yet to be done.
